* WHERE...McHenry, Pierce, and Rolette Counties.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings and
signs. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. Things left unsecured outside will be blown around.
