At 04:43 on May 16, 2026, Chishui Meteorological Station upgraded the yellow warning signal of rainstorm to the orange warning signal of rainstorm: it is estimated that the rainfall in Baiyun, Changsha and other towns in our city will be more than 100 mm in the next three hours and will continue. The risk of mountain torrents, landslides, debris flows and other risks is high, so please strengthen prevention.
