* TIMING...Today, Noon through 10 PM CDT.

* WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...14 to 18% this afternoon.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs in the lower to mid 80s.

* LIGHTNING...None expected

* IMPACTS...Any fire starts could spread rapidly and be
difficult to control.
