* WHAT...Typhoon Warning. Tropical storm force winds of 40 to
60 kt are expected as early as late Monday afternoon, with
typhoon force winds of 75 kt or greater as early as Tuesday
morning. Seas are building to 30 feet or more by Tuesday.

* WHERE...Rota, Tinian and Saipan Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Through at least Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Typhoon conditions, including winds of 64 knots or
more, are possible within the next 48 hours.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions are expected to be catastrophic
for small craft, and extremely dangerous for any vessels of
larger size. Seek sake harbor as soon as possible. Venturing out
can result in loss of life and/or property.
