* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Northwest Plateau, and
Northwest Deserts.

* WHEN...From 11 AM PDT /11 AM MST/ this morning to 7 PM PDT /7 PM
MST/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Pockets of blowing dust are possible near dry
lake beds that may briefly reduce visibility. Expect hazardous
boating conditions on lakes.

Recommendations

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for
high-profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
