At 23:51 on April 12, 2026, the Xingan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: it is expected that within the next 6 hours, there will be lightning activity in some areas of all towns and villages in the county, including Jinchuan Town and Lijiang Town, accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, thunderstorms, strong winds and other severe convective weather.
