At 1:40 am on April 13, 2026, the Guiyang Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning in Nanming District: it is expected that lightning activity will occur in the urban area, Yongle Township, Yunguan Township, Xiaobi Township, and Houchao Township of Nanming District in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms will be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, strong winds, hail, and other strong convective weather. It is recommended not to carry out outdoor activities in open areas and to be cautious of lightning strikes; Pay attention to preventing adverse effects caused by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, hail, etc; Relevant units should refer to the meteorological disaster prevention guidelines to do a good job in prevention.
