The Kaili Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 2:57 am on April 13, 2026: It is expected that scattered thunderstorms will occur in towns (streets) such as Xiasi, Zhouxi, Dafengdong, and Lushan in our city in the next 6 hours. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by short-term heavy precipitation, strong winds, and other severe convective weather. Please take precautions.
