A potent low pressure system will impact parts of southern Baffin Island on Monday.

Hazard: Winds gusting in excess of 90 km/h, in addition to falling snow.

Timing: Beginning Monday afternoon and ending Monday evening.

Remarks: A blizzard warning is also in place, due to the falling snow paired with the strong winds creating blizzard conditions.

Disruptions to services and travel are possible. There is a risk of injury due to flying or falling debris.
