At 09:13 on April 13, 2026, the Luhuo County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: roads in towns such as Gengzhi Township, Shangluokoma Town, Xialuokoma Township, Zongmai Township, Kanang Township, Zongta Township, Luoqiu Township, Muda Township, Dandu Township, Zhuwa Town, Chonggu Township, and Yade Township have been affected by road icing within 24 hours and will continue to be affected. Please take precautions against the adverse effects of snow and ice accumulation on the road. Drivers should pay attention to driving safety, and pedestrians should pay attention to travel safety.
