The Mulan County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for road ice and snow at 3:30 pm on April 9, 2026: From the night of the 9th to the day of the 11th, due to rain and snow weather, roads in various towns and villages in our county will be wet and slippery, with some sections frozen. On the night of the 10th, there will be wind and snow blowing, and visibility will be low. Please pay attention to traffic safety.
