* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Northern Mendocino Interior, and Northern Lake.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some valleys may see fog instead, which will
reduce the risk of frost.
