At 15:11 on April 13, 2026, the Dechang County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for strong winds: Dezhou Street, Changzhou Street, Yonglang Town, Leyue Town, Malizhen, Cida Town, Badong Town, Tielu Town, Heilongtan Town, Rehe Town, Nanshan Lisu Township, Jinsha Lisu Township and other towns (streets) will be affected by strong winds within 12 hours, with an average wind speed of 8 or above or gusts of 9 or above; Or it may have been affected by strong winds, with an average wind speed of 8-9 levels, or gusts of 9-10 levels that may persist. Please be aware of the potential adverse effects of catastrophic weather.
