At 16:29 on April 13, 2026, the Seda County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning signal for lightning: townships such as Seke Town, Wengda Town, Luoruo Town, Niduo Town, Jiaxue Town, Keguo Township, Ranchong Township, Kangle Township, Dazhang Township, Daze Township, Yalong Township, Tazi Township, Nianlong Township, Huoxi Township, Xuri Township, Yangge Township, etc. may experience lightning activity within 6 hours, which may cause lightning disasters and accidents. Local areas may be accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, hail, strong winds and other severe convective weather. Please pay attention to preventing the adverse effects that may be caused by catastrophic weather.
