...The National Weather Service in La Crosse WI has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Wisconsin...

Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam affecting Juneau and Adams
Counties.

.Thunderstorms are expected to develop across much of the Wisconsin
River drainage basin Monday evening through the overnight hours. As
rainfall collects and routes downstream over the next 48 hours, the
Wisconsin River at Castle Rock is expected to exceed the Major
Flooding threshold of 45000 CFS.

* WHAT...Major flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wisconsin River at Castle Rock Dam.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning to Sunday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:10 AM CDT Monday the flow was 29,663.0 cfs.
- Bankfull flow is 20,000.0 cfs.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 48,010.0 cfs early Thursday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Saturday
evening.
- Flood flow is 30,000.0 cfs.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
45,647.0 cfs on 04/12/2011.

Recommendations

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
