Details

At 914 PM CDT, a severe squall line capable of producing both
tornadoes and extensive straight line wind damage was located near
Stewartville, or 13 miles southwest of Rochester, moving east at 35
mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

These dangerous storms will be near...
Stewartville around 920 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include County
Roads 3 And 108, High Forest, Interstate 90 And County 1, Racine, and
Hamilton.

This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 198 and
210.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
