The Huailai County Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow lightning warning signal at 12:45 on April 14, 2026: It is expected that scattered thunderstorms will occur in all towns and villages in our county this afternoon. Thunderstorms may be accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds. Please take precautions.
