The Meteorological Observatory of Mulei Kazakh Autonomous County issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 15:44 on April 14, 2026: It is expected that there will be 6-7 level northwest winds in most areas of Mulei County in the next 24 hours. Local areas such as the National Defense Highway, Laojunmiao, Mingshashan, Karerjing, Dalangsha, Dongtianshan Tunnel, and Dashitou may experience gusts of 8-9 level. Please strengthen prevention measures.
