* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam or levee failure is
possible at the Big Falls Dam.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Wisconsin, including the following
county, Waupaca.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM CDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying
areas below the dam.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Emergency management reports that waters are about to go around
the embankment at the Big Falls Dam, resulting in significantly
increasing flows and flooding downstream.
- The nearest downstream town is Big Falls.
