Puding County Meteorological Observatory issues orange hail warning [II/severe]

Details

At 21:41 on April 14, 2026, the Puding County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange hail warning signal: it is expected that hail may occur in towns (streets) such as Machang, Jichangpo, Pingshang, Bulang, Maodong, Houchang, Chuandong, Yuxiu, Dingnan, and Baiyan in our county within the next 6 hours, and may cause hail disasters, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, and other severe convective weather. Outdoor personnel are requested to evacuate to safe places in a timely manner and properly place outdoor items, vehicles, etc. that are susceptible to hail.
