At 21:31 on April 14, 2026, the Meteorological Observatory of Ganzi Prefecture issued a yellow warning signal for road icing: Yulin Street, Xinduqiao Town, Yala Township, Gaba Township and other towns (streets) in Kangding City have experienced road icing that affects traffic and will continue. Please take precautions against the adverse effects of road snow and ice, and pay attention to driving safety.
