* WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures in the
low to mid 20s expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures in the mid to upper 20s possible.

* WHERE...Animas River Basin, Four Corners/Upper Dolores River, San
Juan River Basin, and Central Colorado River Basin.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight to 9 AM MDT
Wednesday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Wednesday night through
Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
