* WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 MPH
expected.

* WHERE...Grays Harbor County Coast.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Increasing tree foliage will make tree damage
more susceptible, with localized power outages possible.
