* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. This approaches the flood of
record.

* WHERE...Manitowoc River near Manitowoc.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, There is widespread flooding of lowland and
agricultural land.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 10.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 12:00 PM CDT Tuesday was 10.7 feet.
- Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.5
feet on 06/01/2004.

Recommendations

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
