High threat forecast for landslides in Apartadó - Antioquia

This alert is issued based on the monitoring of meteorological conditions (intense or prolonged rains) and the susceptibility of the terrain to mass movements; susceptibility understood as the degree of propensity that the terrain has for landslides to occur, based on intrinsic factors such as geology, geomorphology, land cover, terrain slope, among others. Its objective is to warn the population about the forecast of the threat from landslides.

1. Establece un sistema vigilancia del terreno. 2. Observa si hay presencia de grietas en rocas, suelos y viviendas. 3. Revisa si hay elementos desplazados de su lugar original como postes, árboles, cercas, muros y andenes. 4. Establece un sistema de alerta y alarma ante deslizamientos y avisa a las autoridades. 5. Participa en simulacros de evacuación y fija puntos de encuentro en lugares seguros. 6. Verifica si tu vivienda o lugar de trabajo es seguro antes de ingresar. 7. Evacuar garantiza tu seguridad. 8.
