* WHERE...In Oregon, Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of
Oregon. In Washington, Kittitas Valley and Yakima Valley.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 9 AM PDT Thursday. For
the second Freeze Warning, from 11 PM Thursday to 9 AM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
