* WHEN...From this afternoon to late Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water affects most agricultural land near
Sigourney.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.1 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 17.3 feet tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

Recommendations

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
