The Hongya County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 22:00 on April 16, 2026: Currently, Hongchuan Town has experienced heavy rain with a wind speed of 10m/s. It is expected that all towns in our county will be affected by strong winds in the next 12 hours, with an average wind speed of 6 or above or gusts of 7 or above. Please take precautions against the adverse effects of strong winds.
