The Long Island Meteorological Observatory upgraded the orange warning signal for heavy fog to a red warning signal for heavy fog at 5:20 pm today. At present, there is a strong fog with visibility below 50 meters in Dazhu Mountain, Long Island. It is expected that all towns and streets in Long Island may experience a strong fog with visibility below 50 meters from day to night today. Please take preventive measures against the adverse effects of strong fog on traffic, production, and daily life.
