At 721 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Lysander, or
near Fulton, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Fulton, Central Square, Hastings, Volney, Constantia, West Monroe,
Palermo, Phoenix, Williamstown, and Parish.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 34.

Recommendations

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
