Dakota...Minnesota...

Red River of the North at Pembina affecting Pembina and Kittson
Counties.

Two Rivers River near Hallock affecting Kittson County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Red River of the North at Pembina.

* WHEN...From Sunday morning to Friday, April 24.

* IMPACTS...At 39.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 35.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
Sunday morning to a crest of 39.8 feet Monday evening. It
will then fall below flood stage Thursday, April 23.
- Flood stage is 39.0 feet.

flooded areas.
