Details

* WHAT...During the Dense Fog Advisory, dense fog will reduce
visibility to 1/4 NM or less. During the Small Craft Advisory,
expect sustained winds up to 23 knots from the southwest with
gusts up to 30 knots. The largest significant waves will be 4
feet with a potential maximum wave height of 5 feet.

* WHERE...Outer Saginaw Bay SW of Alabaster to Port Austin MI to
Inner Saginaw Bay and Inner Saginaw Bay SW of Point Au Gres to
Bay Port MI.

* WHEN...During the Dense Fog Advisory, from 4 AM to 10 PM EDT
Saturday. During the Small Craft Advisory, the maximum winds
are expected around 8 AM EDT Saturday with the largest waves
expected around 9 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. Low
visibility will make navigation difficult.

Recommendations

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
