Details

* WHAT...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous
seas 14 to 19 feet. For the Small Craft Advisory, west winds
15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.

* WHERE...Guam and Rota Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...For the Hazardous Seas Warning, until 11 AM ChST
Saturday. For the Small Craft Advisory, until 5 PM ChST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Very steep and hazardous seas could capsize or cause
damage to vessels.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Hazardous marine conditions continue in
the wake of Typhoon Sinlaku. Combined seas of 12 to 17 feet will
keep marine conditions hazardous until this Saturday morning.
Seas will be slow to subside and Small Craft Advisory winds will
continue into the weekend.

Recommendations

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid boating in hazardous conditions.
