WINDS ABOVE 20 MPH, RELATIVE HUMIDITY BELOW 15%, AND HIGH FIRE
DANGER FOR SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO, THE SACRAMENTO FOOTHILLS, GUADALUPE
AND DELAWARE MOUNTAINS, CULBERSON COUNTY AND THE NORTHWEST PERMIAN
BASIN...

* WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 13 percent.

* RFTI...5 or critical.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
