The Hulan District Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds at 14:55 on April 17, 2026: It is expected that from the evening of the 17th to the day of the 18th, there will be strong winds in Lanhe Street, Shuangjing Street, Changling Street, Hulan Street, Gongyuan Road Street, Jianshe Road Street, Kangjin Street, Shenjia Street, Xiaoxiang Street, Yaobao Street, Baikui Town, Fangtai Town, Lianhua Town, Dayong Town, Erba Town, Shiren Town, Yanglin Township, Xubao Township, and Mengjia Township in our district, with an average wind force of 3-4 and gusts of 6-8. Please take precautions.
