At 17:56 on April 17, 2026, the Ruoqiang County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange warning signal for sandstorms: it is expected that from the night of the 18th to the 19th, strong sandstorms with visibility less than 500 meters will occur in Ruoqiang Town, Tieganlik Town, Washixia Town, Wutamu Township, Milan Town, and Lop Nur Town in our county, with local visibility less than 50 meters. Please strengthen prevention measures.
