* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, north winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts
up to 55 mph expected. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 29 possible.

* WHERE...In Oklahoma, Cimarron and Texas Counties. In Texas,
Dallam, Hartley, and Sherman Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 AM CDT
Saturday. For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM CDT Saturday.
For the Freeze Watch, from late Saturday night through Sunday
morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Recommendations

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
