At 21:23 on April 17, 2026, the Weining County Meteorological Observatory upgraded the orange hail warning signal to a red hail warning signal: It is expected that in the next 6 hours, towns (streets) such as Yulong, Niupeng, Zhongshui, Heituhe, Shimen, Longjie, Yungui, Yina, Dougu, Tujie, Yulong, Guanfenghai, Xiushui, Xueshan, Yangjie, and Dajie in our county will have strong thunderstorm echoes and may experience severe hail weather, which may cause hail disasters. Please take anti hail measures, reduce going out, and properly place outdoor items and vehicles that are susceptible to hail. Please ask relevant units and individuals to do a good job in responding to hail.
