At 22:45 on April 17, 2026, the Puding County Meteorological Observatory issued an orange hail warning signal: it is expected that hail may occur in towns (streets) such as Pingshang, Bulang, Maodong, Houchang, Jichangpo, and Chuandong in our county within the next 6 hours, and may cause hail disasters, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, strong winds, and other strong convective weather. Outdoor personnel are requested to seek shelter in safe places in a timely manner and properly place outdoor items, vehicles, etc. that are susceptible to hail.
