...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...Michigan...
Oconto River above Oconto affecting Oconto County.
Pine River near Florence affecting Florence County.
Brule River near Commonwealth affecting Florence, Forest, Dickinson
and Iron Counties.
For the Oconto River...including Gillett, Oconto...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Oconto River above Oconto.
* WHEN...Until late Tuesday night.
* IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Up to a foot of water surrounds structures
in a campground in the City of Oconto. At 11.0 feet, Up to 2 feet
of water is covering a campground in Oconto. Floodwaters begin to
reach city streets adjacent to the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:00 AM CDT Friday was 10.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.6 feet
tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage Tuesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.

Recommendations
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
