* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Iowa River at Wapello.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to Friday, April 24.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water affects residences near the U.S.
Highway 61 bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 20.5 feet and rising.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 21.6 feet Tuesday
morning.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

Recommendations

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
