Details
At 310 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes
were located along a line extending from 7 miles west of Kellogg to
near St. Charles, moving northeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. This storm has a history of
producing tornadoes.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

Wabasha, Lewiston, and Altura around 315 PM CDT.
Kellogg around 320 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by these tornadic storms include Saratoga,
Whitewater State Park, Elba, Zumbro Bottoms Campground, Conception,
County Roads 28 And 31, and County Roads 18 And 4.
This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 233 and
239.
