[Warning Information Release Center] Yinchuan Meteorological Observatory issued a blue frost warning signal for cold wave at 11:36 am on April 18, 2026: Due to the strong cold air from Xinjiang moving eastward and southward, it is expected that the temperature will continue to decline on the 19th and 20th. The lowest temperature in Yongning County and Lingwu City on the 20th will decrease by 8-10 ℃ compared to the 18th. In the morning of the 20th, the lowest temperature along the mountain section of Hongguang Town, Beibao Town, and Minning Town in Helan Mountain will be -2-0 ℃, with frost. The lowest temperature in other areas will be 0-3 ℃, with light frost. Relevant departments and the general public are requested to pay attention to prevention.
