The Yongning County Meteorological Observatory issued a blue frost warning signal for a cold wave at 11:45 am on April 18, 2026: Due to the strong cold air from Xinjiang moving eastward and southward, the temperature is expected to continue to decline on the 19th and 20th. The lowest temperature in all streets and towns of Yongning County on the 20th will decrease by 8-10 ℃ compared to the 18th. In the morning of the 20th, the lowest temperature along the mountain in Minning Town, Helan Mountain will be -2~0 ℃, with frost, while the lowest temperature in other towns will be 0~3 ℃, with light frost. Relevant departments and the general public are requested to pay attention to prevention.
