At 20:35 on April 18, 2026, the Binxian Meteorological Observatory issued a blue warning signal for strong winds: from the 19th to the 21st, there will be strong winds in various towns and villages in our county, with an average wind force of 3-5 levels, gusts of 6-8 levels, and locally 9-10 levels, possibly accompanied by sand or floating dust, and reduced visibility. Please take precautions.
