At 20:55 on April 18, 2026, Hequ County Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued a yellow warning signal for cold wave, with the warning area covering all townships and towns. It is expected that the minimum temperature in the warning area will drop by more than 10 ℃ in the next 48 hours, and the minimum temperature will be less than or equal to 4 ℃. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments should do a good job in preventing cold waves according to their responsibilities; 2. Pay attention to adding clothes to keep warm and take care of the elderly, weak, and sick; Take cold prevention measures for livestock, poultry, crops, etc.
