continues to be possible at the Bellaire Dam.
* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan, including the
following county, Antrim.
* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying
areas below the dam. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban
areas.
