The Yingxian Meteorological Observatory upgraded and issued an orange cold wave warning signal at 10:27 am on April 19, 2026, with the warning area covering all townships, towns (streets). It is expected that the minimum temperature in the warning area will drop by more than 12 ℃ within the next 48 hours, and the minimum temperature will be less than or equal to 0 ℃. Please prepare relevant units and personnel for prevention. Defense guidelines: 1. The government and relevant departments should carry out emergency work to prevent cold waves according to their responsibilities; 2. Pay attention to keeping warm and cold; Agriculture, aquaculture, animal husbandry, and other industries should actively take measures to prevent frost and freezing, and minimize losses as much as possible.
