National Forest and Fire Weather Zone 209 Loup Rivers Basin.

* TIMING...Noon CDT/11 AM MDT through 9 PM CDT/8 PM MDT

* WINDS...Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 to 12% across much of the
Sanhdills and western Nebraska, and 12 to 20% across central
into north central Nebraska.

* TEMPERATURES...Highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s.

* LIGHTNING...None expected.

* IMPACTS...Any fire starts may rapidly grow and spread.

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
