a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Texas...
Salado Creek At at Loop 13 affecting Bexar County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Salado Creek at Loop 13.
* WHEN...From early this morning to late this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding reaches numerous
access and secondary roads and low bridges.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 4:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 4:15 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.0
feet this morning.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
18.2 feet on 04/25/2015.

Recommendations
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
